I was checking out my Bible the other day, and couldn't really find any directions on how to breathe. Makes sense, since breathing comes pretty naturally to us. But Jesus did instruct us on how to pray. Might be that it doesn't come naturally to us...and that we should heed His guidance. Time for a little course on prayer.
