Believe it or not, Satan doesn't need you to focus in on him. Doesn't even really care if you do. But he does want to distract you from focusing in on God. So he'll use anything at his disposal to split your attention. Things like worry and anxiety. Things like possessions we have or don't have. Things that Jesus teaches us how to put in proper perspective.
